Smart new Saudi C-130

 

Lockheed Martin has handed over the first two KC-130J Hercules to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF).

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the 16th country to operate the C-130J Super Hercules.

By the end of last year, Lockheed Martin had delivered 349 production C-130J aircraft in seven basic versions and had a backlog of 97 aircraft. The deliveries comprise 233 aircraft to the US government and 116 to international operators. Lockheed Martin is currently producing the aircraft at a rate of 24 annually.
